1. Service Scope & Booking Confirmation

Submitting a booking request through this website initiates an appointment request with AC Art Centre. An appointment is officially confirmed only after review by our scheduling team, subject to technician availability and locality coverage in Delhi.

2. Pricing, Estimates & Diagnostic Charges

Certain standard services (such as AC jet cleaning or geyser uninstallation) carry fixed prices. Diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting services carry an inspection charge or starting price. If any replacement parts, refrigerant gas recharging, or extensive piping work is required, our technician will provide an upfront quotation for customer approval prior to starting work.

3. Payments

Payment is collected upon service completion directly at the customer's doorstep in Delhi via Cash or UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). We do not require advance online payment for standard domestic bookings.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Customers may reschedule or cancel their appointment without fee by contacting our dispatch team at +91 9873046480 or using our online tracking and cancellation tool at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment slot.

5. Customer Premises & Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to appliances, outdoor condenser units, electrical switchboards, and water connections necessary to perform the booked service.
